I have been a competitive dancer since a very young age, continuing to dance on a collegiate level at Texas A&M University. While earning my Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, I cultivated a strong foundation in the health and fitness industry, which I’ve now been part of for over eight years. I’m passionate about blending nutrition and personal training to help clients build confidence, create sustainable habits, and reach their individual goals in a way that supports lasting lifestyle changes - not quick fixes.
